Service Disclaimers
Irrigation Start-up Liability Disclaimer
Irrigation systems that have been inactive during the winter or extended periods of non-use are prone to issues such as freezing damage, cracked pipes, broken sprinkler heads, stuck valves, and wiring failures. While we take every precaution to start up your system safely, damage may occur upon reactivation, and such issues are often beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any existing or hidden system damage, normal wear and tear, or functional problems discovered during the start-up process. We do not guarantee the condition or performance of any irrigation system prior to service. Additionally, we are not liable for system failures, water leaks, flooding, electrical issues, or any resulting property damage that may occur during or after reactivation.
Irrigation Winterization Liability Disclaimer
In order to properly drain the system, certain components may be left open or disconnected. Once the system has been winterized, it cannot be tested, and full functionality cannot be confirmed. King’s Irrigation is not liable for any damage resulting from aging parts, pre-existing issues, improper installation, or malfunctioning components. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the integrity of PVC pipe or fittings, which may be more vulnerable to damage. We are not responsible for weather-related damage, including freezing that occurs before or after your scheduled appointment. While we take all reasonable precautions, no guarantee can be made against damage caused by extreme weather. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the system remains off throughout the winter and to monitor for any issues that may arise.
