PRICING: is based on your location and number of zones. Your prepayment covers 45-minutes of time onsite (parts not included). Larger systems may require extra time to complete and will be billed in 15-minute increments beyond the initial appointment.
MINOR REPAIRS: At checkout, you may authorize up to $150 in additional charges for parts and labour required beyond the included 45-minute service. If applicable, these charges will be invoiced after the service is completed. Additional labour is billed in 15-minute increments, with a minimum invoice charge of $15.
If you opt out, the technician will note repairs needed but repairs that require parts or additional time will not be completed.
If more extensive repairs are required, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
If you wish to be billed after service, please contact us as an additional fee will apply.
* Please note: Backflow tests must be booked separately through the backflow graphic. While all technicians can perform start-ups, backflow testing requires a certified cross-connection technician, and may not be available on the same day.
